First you need to find a lot of friends that are also popular. I know it is very hard to find people but if you do don't ask them to be your buddy like everybody else is. Just stand where nobody else is standing and ask them to be your buddy. Famous Penguins do not want to have buddies that follow them around and get on their nerves with questions.
Second: If you are a member you need to have some rare clothes to wear that nobody else wears all the time. If you do that you will stick out in the crowd and people will ask you where you got it.
Third: Also if you are a member you need to have a cool igloo. If you have a cool igloo everybody will want to have parties at your house.
Last: you need to have a popular website. Some places you can go is: http://wordpress.com and also http://piczo.com
