The Live Chat was just released today! You can see the complete schedule and other information on PengSpace.

Queen is exactly right. If you have a question about setting up your PengSpace, or have a question for a moderator/administrator, you can sign in to it and be connected to them instantly.

Yeah, most often when it says "Online" I'm there, if you wait for about a minute or so, you should recieve a pop-up saying, "Live help" etc.
